Per your Completeness Review letter of 11/25/2020
1. I am aware of the change of ownership for Lot 38, 4140 CR 320 from Loncle to Cano and
have updated my Notice list accordingly. NOTE: County GIS Land Explorer map does not
yet reflect this change of ownership. Info on Assessor's qpublic.net site is current.
2. Article 7 Issues: The lot line changes requested in this application do not affect any Article 7
issues, including, but not limited to drainage, access, or utility easements. The lot line change
only conforms lot boundaries to existing conditions.
Please advise if any additional info or changes are required.
