WATER RIGHT. ANY IMPACT, CHANGE OR CROSSING OF -A DITCH SHALL REQUIRE APPROVAL FROM THE DITCH

6. THE WELL LOCATED WITHIN LOT 1 IS RESTRICTED TO USE FOR THAT PROPERTY.
