Hello Patrick,
ln response to Michael and Ann Hoban's request for a variance, I
strongly do not think Mr. Hoban should be granted a var¡ance for
many reasons.
This is a very dangerous corner and I have heard from those living
above him that this building (Shed/Garage) further the danger of ¡t.
Mr. Hoban did not get a permit which he stated he did not think he
needed one. This will set a percedence for others doing things
which need a permit and claiming they did not know they needed
one.
To grant a variance of 23 112ft. requ¡ring a25 ft. setback for this
structure would be unblievable to me.
Mr. Hoban came to my door and talked with me about the shed but
sa¡d he might park his Ford Falcon in it. I have never known a shed
to be able to house acarltruck. Atruck has been parked in it for
some time.
I feel Mr. Hoban has not been honest about the construction of this
structure from the beginning.
I totally object to granting him a variancee.
