As you may recall, our client owns both Lots 2 and 6, which are the lots directly impacted. Lot 9 is not adjacent to either of these Lots and the new owners received notice of this matter in connection with the¡r due diligence via the HOA documents. we will obtain the Treasurer's and County Surveyor's execution of the Amended Plat so that it may be signed by the BOCCnowandrecorded. Thiswillputallfuturepurchasersonnoticeoftheamendedplatnote. lnotethatrealestate is selling very quickly in Carbondale. once the mylar has been recorded, we will obtain the consent and signature of the new Lot 9 owner and re-record the Amended Plat.
