Temporary Pipelines TEP would install five (5) four and one-half inch (4.5”) temporary surface steel frac lines, approximately 14,712 feet in length each, from the Youberg RU 44-7 pad to the South Leverich 13-09 pad. The temporary surface frac lines would be installed following the existing access road toward the Federal RU 23-17 pad and then following the existing Summit pipeline corridor to the Caerus O- 18 pad. From the Caerus O-18 pad, the temporary surface frac lines would follow the existing access road to the South Leverich 13-09 pad. The temporary surface frac lines will be used to support remote frac and flowback operations for the twenty-one (21) proposed wells on the South Leverich 13-09 pad. Water used for well completion operations would be pumped to the Youberg RU 44-7 pad via two (2) existing six-inch (6”) FlexSteel water pipelines. The temporary surface lines would be removed within six (6) months following well completion operations. Pipeline routes are shown on Attachment A, Plan of Development Map. Please see Table 2, Proposed Pipeline Details, for additional information regarding the proposed temporary surface pipelines. Table 2.
