Fogel Minor Subdivision - School Land Dedication Fee
On October 2L't,2022,the Community Development Director issued a decision conditionally
approving the Fogel Minor Subdivision [MISA-O5-22-BB97J. Condition #5 required that all school
land dedication fees be paid prior to the filing of the Final Plat. The property is located with RE-Z
school district. Two additional lots are being created by this minor subdivision.
On November 1, 2022, Lyman Fogel provided the county with a check for $400, covering the
school land dedication for RE-Z for the creation of 2 additional lots.
