Wastewater Management and System Plan Narrative
The Wastewater Management and System Plan, Section 4-203(N) of the Garfield
County Land Use and Development Code is not applicable to the proposed use. The
subject use will be not served by an existing public collection system or treatment
facility. The proposed UIC well will not require an on-site wastewater treatment system.
During conversion of the well and initial operations the UIC well will be accessed daily.
After production operations are fully established, the site will be accessed daily and
monitored with telemetry. Due to the minimal presence of personnel onsite, a
wastewater use will not be required onsite. A portable toilet will be located onsite. The
portable toilet will be provided and maintained by Western Colorado Waste.
