RE: Letter of Authorization for the Revocation of the Coal Ridge Planned Unit Development
Mr. Hartmann.
Nutrient Holdings LLC is the owner of approximately Ll ?6 acres of land located on the south side:
of the Colorado River, bisected by County Road 335/Colorado River Road. near the existing
Riverbend subdivisions in Garfield Count)-.. Colorado and as more specifically described in
attached Exhibit A. This area includes the entire Coal Ridge Planned unit Development Area.
(Please see attached Exhibit B map for location details.)
