I am writing this email to let you know that Colorado Extreme, located at 2340 CR 100, will
be exempt from a driveway permit for the temporary hockey rink this year. However, they will
need to apply for a driveway permit once they apply for the permanent hockey arena through
your office, but for now they are good to go on our end.
