Attached is the check from Ryan Ivy for the payment of school impact fees associated with the Ivy Minor Subdivision (File No. MISA-08-21-8856). The check is in the amount of $500 for the creation of two additional residential lots. This is the full and complete payment of the required School Impact Fees.
